A Christ Centered Outreach
Shining Hope Farms is an established organization created for, but not limited to, people with disabilities. This non-profit corporation combines therapeutic horseback riding, family and caregiver support, and social and recreational activities for children and adults.

The organization is a member of NARHA (North American Riding for the Handicapped Association) and complies with the standards and guidelines provided in order to maintain an operating center.

Benefits of Equine Assisted Activities
	Physical improvements such as increased balance, trunk control, fine and gross motor movements, coordination, flexibility and muscle strength.
	Emotional stability to improve self-image, confidence, self-esteem and independence.
	Social interaction to gain ability to work with others, increase cooperation, teamwork and responsibility.
	Cognitive improvements such as increased attention span, motivation, vocabulary, memory and concentration.

Our Funding

Donations to Shining Hope Farms are tax deductible due to our 501(c)3 status. We are funded through foundations, the donations of interested people, corporations, businesses and clubs, fundraising events, as well as a fee structure. Our goal is to make our program available to anyone who can benefit from therapeutic riding. With your help we can achieve this goal. Please send contributions to:
